# Customers List

List, search and manage all customers.

Each row shows the Onboarded At.

## What you can do here

### How to delete a customer
1. Open the row actions menu on the customer and click **Delete**.
2. Confirm the deletion in the dialog — the customer is soft-deleted and can be restored.

### How to restore a deleted customer
1. Set the deleted-records filter to **Deleted only** or **All records** to show recoverable records.
2. Open the row actions menu on the customer and click **Restore**.
3. Confirm in the dialog — the customer is active again.

### How to view the change history of a customer
1. Open the row actions menu on the customer and click **Audit history**.
2. The version history of the customer will appear on the right sheet panel.

- The UUID column is hidden by default and can be sorted but not filtered.
- The Code column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The First name column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The Last name column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The Company column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The Email column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The Phone column is hidden by default and cannot be sorted or filtered.
- The Status column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The Onboarded At column is shown by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The Status reason column is hidden by default and cannot be sorted or filtered.
- The Address column is hidden by default and cannot be sorted or filtered.
- The City column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The State/Region column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The Country column is hidden by default and can be sorted and filtered.
- The ZIP column is hidden by default and cannot be sorted or filtered.
- The Onboarding time zone column is hidden by default and can be sorted but not filtered.

- Creating a new customer is not available on this page — if enabled, it would require the `customer.create.single` permission.
- Editing a customer is not available on this page — if enabled, it would require the `customer.update.single` permission.
- Soft-deleting a customer is available on this page — marks the customer as deleted but keeps it so it can be restored and it requires the `customer.delete.single` permission.
- Restoring a soft-deleted customer is available on this page — brings a soft-deleted customer back and it requires the `customer.restore.single` permission.
- Permanently deleting a customer is not available on this page — no permission is declared for it on customers.
- Viewing the change history of a customer is available on this page — every customer keeps a full version history and it requires the `customer.read.audit` permission.

- Soft-deleting the selected customers is available on this page — marks the selected customers as deleted and it requires the `customer.delete.bulk` permission.
- Restoring the selected customers is available on this page — restores the selected customers and it requires the `customer.restore.bulk` permission.
- Duplicating the selected customers is available on this page — duplicates the selected customers and it requires the `customer.duplicate.bulk` permission.
- Exporting the list is available on this page — exports the list and it requires the `customer.export` permission.
